I also wanted to clarify on the point of 70% of sales going to Asia. S3 is selling the chips to board makers. These board makers are in turn selling them to consumers, most of which are in North America and Europe. The final product being sold in Asia is small. It is misleading to just look at the 70% and say the economy over there is bad and going to hurt S3. The fact is, most of their products are being exported. In fact, given the weakness of the Asian currencies, S3's products wil actually be cheaper for consumers throughout the rest of the world.
