I'm surprised the number is so low. Do you know if it also includes Blacks who are incarcerated? I wonder how many more are hospitalized due to AIDS, gunshot wounds, severe knife wounds, and illicit drug abuse? Of course they won't be able to vote either, but with the Democratic Party registering dead people, imaginary people, illegals, and also stuffing the ballots with fake votes, it detracts from the good news. -ng-

Sure they can, all they have to do is register and Eric Holder and Obama are making sure that they cannot be cleared off the voter roles, right, because that would disenfranchise convicted felons.

I wonder what percentage of the black and hispanic population actually vote? I've lived in a lot of places and the average voter that I've seen at the polls is generally white and often 40+ years of age (usually 60+). The only time that I see college/20 somethings in large numbers is during a presidential election.
