and if trayvon didn't hit him etc etc. Fact is brandishing is illegal, you must have an actual threat before you run around threatening others with a gun in hand. You actually make the case for the other person to shoot you first since you had a gun drawn. Have you taken a concealed class? This Zimmerman case is exactly what they warn can go wrong if you have to use a gun legally to defend yourself. A permit comes with a lot of negative possibilities, but weighed against loss of life - I and others get one anyway.
