It is perfectly legal. While I've been just a tad less successful than Romney, I have had some success over the years trading stock options. And I consistently do it in my IRA as there are sometimes substantial gains I don't want to be taxed on. So fucking what? It is totally legal, it isn't a "trick", it is a matter of knowing what the fuck you're doing to minimize your tax liability. God, I don't know what is wrong you shit eating liberals.
