Mike and DrB: I think that the 2 pt pop may have two explanations. One is the knowledge that without this FDA ok Vivus would have been a dead duck. Management is so looked down on that I don't think this ok was at all a "given" but a necessary hrudle for this company to jump in continuing existence. Second posibility is that some saw headlines of "VIVUS - FDA Plant Approval" and jumped to the conclusion that this was the new plant getting on line. So the retracement may be "gee wiz not the right plant" and "gee wiz ok they are going to keep manufacturing out of the old plant", yawn..... When the REAL news of Europe and NEW plant OK makes the scene the fireworks will be for real and the 30's are back in style. Jim
