It is true that 83% of the doctors have considered the impact Obamacare would have on them and considered quitting consumer healthcare. It is likely that the number of doctors who would hang up the towel is much lower than that. It is true that a great number of doctors who collectively hold the greatest amount of experience are likely to take early retirement if the Obamacare monstrosity is allowed to gain control over their medical lives.

Of course 83% of doctors won't quit medicine, they can't afford to. Heck, loads of them still have massive student loans. They'll just wish they'd chosen another career and will be advising younger folks accordingly.
