That's all. No lawsuit, go somewhere else.

Actually, when I first met them, they did a small (maybe 1-2%) amount of "med-pay" (this is a term used in such clinics for any actual "medical" claims patients they may see; they also had offices in three central Ark cities, all almost totally PI. In the main office they had three full time chiros.

I don't have anything at all against chiros and we do work for a lot of them. But one wonders whether, if there was any expectation of going to trial, they wouldn't use MDs or DOs to support their claims. If I were a lawyer going to trial I'd rather have the testimony of an MD than a DC.
