In reference to utilities, OH cut me off twice during this attempt.
The march timetable fits my expectations and of course the reference
to bell is on the money from what I understand of your assessment of
this property. It is the speculative aspect that makes it interesting
to all concerned and very interesting to hear from people with
knowledgeable backgrounds in the industry. Thankyou for your
followups with charred. The RCB and Tech interest here is not
without extensive consideration and backgound knowledge imho.

I'm long on GIT.. & will eventually buy some more at these depressed levels. In the mean time, I'm happy with my recent ABX trade... as it offers a hedge on my GIT position.
