this is old news but a good post by someone on cpq thread. desktop isn't the only thing exchange2000.com Japan will have to consume more internally. and start massive restructuring of business processes by deploying enabling technology on businness processes even if it means that they have to lay off millions of workers and retrain them. the technology should allow them to cut 50-75% of all their employees per corporation. they are quick learners anyway..very quick. retraining would be easy.
