Inode, Business owners are already nickel and dimed to death. They're not going to take that hit. I know, but I was just taking your scenario where the business makes a 31% profit margin. Maybe you're counting that before payroll. I hear that restaurants typically survive on single-digit profit margins. A lot of them, especially here in California, will hire illegal immigrants and pay them under the table. That's one way to get around the ObamaCare tax. (No one's going to bust those illegal immigrants, either, since this is California and we're essentially a "sanctuary state.") By the way, said business owners who hire illegal immigrants will likely vote Democrat. It should be obvious why. Someone else always foots the bill. Tenchusatsu
