OK, back from dinner and drinks.

POS Nokia 808 still charging and absolutely refusing to play ball, even while hooked up to power in any way, shape or form.

Coughed up some useless BS, like this, while I wait, WTF is it?

No, I have not yet cracked the freaking manual. Why should I? There will be nothing in English in there for me, will there? I mean, the charger is for Uranus, why should the manual be for Earth?

Morons.

Total freaking MORONS!

If this POS does not play ball tomorrow, it's getting returned for a FULL REFUND!

Never been so ANGRY with a new, SUPER EXPENSIVE tool. GRRRRR!

Ergo, no way for me to charge the dead as a doornail new toy, out of the box, without plugging it into my Mac, via USB.

You could buy a charger thingy to plug it in.

But for a "high end" not cheap cp, it should be included, no?

Still can't believe they shipped it to me with a charger plug for someplace like Uranus. Unreal!
I'm definitely not going there but in case you do, be very careful and protect yourself.

More about my experiences with the Nokia 808.

One, contacts don't want to transfer. I'll figure out a way.

Two, my sim card does not fit: too big. (Don't make any jokes about my junk being too big to fit. I'm way ahead of you!)

So, it'll take a trip to a T-Mobile store to sort that out.

Not a chance in hell does the clown on this thread have a Nokia 808.
