yep, tandem insiders are just as dumb as cpq insiders when it comes to knowing what the stk is going to do<ggg>

Re: Insider selling. It's not who's selling how many shares
thats important, it's the "percentage" of their holdings that
count.

Dell just had a flurry of sales by executive management and
everybody was screaming doom and gloom. I did some research
and found the the largest percentage peel-off by any insider
was only 10%!! Mort Topfer sold 150,000 shares but he still has options for 2 Million more.

Someone should research this issue regarding Compaq/Tandem
to see if there is any real reason to be concerned. These
guys just want to enjoy the good life. In no way does it reflect
lack of insider confidence in Compaq's ability to execute
going forward.
