Hi Paul, Thank you for your post. Today Swiss government announced that they will lower the ratess. The don't want a strong SFR. becasue they are facing a recession. If Swiss currecny becomes a safe refuge then the Sfr. will be too expensive. This in turn will hurt their export and worsens the ballance of trade. So, they are lowering the rates. That leaves the USA and US dollar as the only refuge. Thank you for your wished and lets hope that the tech sector gets a moving upward, specailly INTC! Kind regards, Yaacov
