I was referring to listed stock options. I have been there and done it as I indicated in my post.

Steve - I have a gtw computer, never owned gtw stock. If I could buy you for what you are and sell you for what you think your worth I would sell all my cpq stock to make the trade.

yep...most are like this...now the stuff I got from cpq that was on their 1982 plan was the un qualified plan. those I got to exercise and
pay tax when i sold them right before the crash of 1987.
