John, I know you were one of the faithfuls for a long time. I understand your disenchantment with the company due to your need for the information you indicated. But as you requested, lets look at some possible reasons: 1. This is a pink sheet bulletin board company. Many other companies in this class don't report. In fact, I personally don't know of any that fully report all financials at the required time, if at all or share restricted shareholder stats. In many cases all you can get is the total O/S number. Check out NAMX. It has seemingly good prospects with it's new em-sounder technology for finding natural gas and oil, but the company won't give out all the shareholder stats. 2. The CEO, Mr. Morgan clearly indicated his position when the company was called OVIS. He stated in a press release that he suspected a significant amount of abusive, manipulative short selling, and if fact threated to form a non profit (I believe) group to combat this type of abuse of small caps. Apparently he decided to go another route so he could concentrate on continuing to turn OVIS around (No small task considering the previous management's screw-ups (as I understand it). Mr. Morgan in my estimate seems to be working around the clock to pull off what could be considered one of the best turnarounds this year or maybe best in many years. You got to respect his efforts. 3. The company is being sued by Mork and Company. Baseless or not, I'm sure his lawyers strongly recommended a low profile on any kind of public campaign against short selling. I am not a lawyer, but I am equally sure that the restrictive share ownership as well as share count will be a material part of any suit/countersuit. Can you imagine any company undergoing a suit of this nature continuing to give freely give restricted share information. Now having said all of this, we all understand that any pink sheet investment is risky. Sometimes they are just a dice roll. I hate to say this because of the respect I have for your earlier posting when you were long on RMIL... but as I indicated to R. Reece...No Guts, No Glory. One should only bet, er.. I mean buy with funds you can afford to lose. Larry S.
