The decision ot control my weight is one that happens inside and does not require health damaging gimmicks.

Whenever I complain about needing to lose weight, my daughter (age 14) points out that the place to start is to cut out beer.

Yes that's correct. I changed the way I was eating .. the way I was living actually. The weight loss was the results of that, not the only objective.

My only vice these days is a good cigar. (well, just about! LOL)
