Since I'm a progressive, like Woodrow Wilson, Hillary Clinton and Margret Sanger I say Eugenics. I say get the black family back together which means ending welfare and esp no extra payments for extra kids. which ain't gonna happen. These kids have had no fathers for 4 generations, how are you gonna get them to be fathers ? no clue. vouchers to get the PS some competition or do what lincoln wanted to do, build ships for trips to Liberia. <g> But I think a lot of people don't know the problems we have, the blacks are being taught to hate whitey, at home, in the schools.
