Richard,

Just wanted to say thanks again for all the information you pass on this thread; especially on this day of Thanksgiving.

Hope you and your family have a Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving.

Richard,
I agree that the reits should get more play when the utes run out of steam, but that may take a while. To me it suggests that the long rate is going lower which will be good for all interest plays. I sold off some of my REA and will probably sell the rest of it to raise some cash. I also went throught the port and other slow performers that look tired are CLP(which I think is well managed), GLR(which has moved nicely and I want to log another profit), SMT(which can't seem to get out of its own way), UDR(near 15 to 151/2 for a nice profit) and WXH when it buts on a move for a nice trade. I intend to keep the WRE and don't think I'll add to it at this price as there are better candidates to buy. I've been waiting for BTR to get to the 19 area but I apparently missed it on this intermediate cycle. I also still like PTR which has had a nice move and I will buy it on a correction.
Your TCO is looking good. Any ideas what is hurting SIZ. The dividend is about 9%. I have a nice position in it and think it's really cheap in here. It's sitting on the lower weekly Bollinger Band so I'll be surprised if it moves lower from here. I believe the correction we are seeing in SIZ is to correct the entire move up of the last year. There are a lot of gaps up above which should be filled shortly. Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving. Regards George

PS Take another look at LWN Loewen GRoup. If you would like a copy of the Adamo letter recommending it, send me an address to mail it to. My address is Goldnmaven@AOL.
