Safeway, giant food etc avoid inner cities unless the local gov pays them to cover their thief loses. and who says Walmart doesn't build in inner cities because of blacks ? have you been in their private meetings ? Walmart wouldn't let that info become public . Inner city food stores but id tags on their food and then detectors you had to walk though to get out of the stores, the blacks complained and the sharptons of the world got involved. the stores said they were losing 25-50% in thiif loses compared to 1-2% nation wide. they just shut the stores down when told they could use the detectors. I've seen a black women steal a 50 dollar lighter from a cigar store, when to the counter for a refund, the guy said you just stole that. She started screaming racism at the top of her lungs, they guy gave her the 50 bucks. I've been in a CVS when a woman brought up like 40 dollars in stuff, she said she wanted to return this 40 in stuff and buy this other 40 in stuff. She had no receipt, of course she didn't she just stole the first 40. The manager got involved and gave her the 'free' stuff' plus the extra change from her 'returned' stuff. what a racket no wonder stores don't build downtown
