do you call companies that won't build a store in the inner cities because they can't make a profit because of thief loses racist ?

You live in the far NW and Jallen in the far NE the whitests parts of the country and you know all about blacks and their hatred of whites, lolol.

I had a aunt in law from minn. who for years would say why do people complain about blacks, then when she was in her 80s many many blacks moved there. right before she died she told me, now I know. Our taxes have gonna way up, crime has never been like this before, the blacks just hang out on the street and won't work and ever since the 1930s I could walk the streets of minnapolis at night with out a fear and now I can't and have been mugged twice, now I know why people said what they said. she said boy was I naive

I'll tell you what I call it and it's the exact same thing insurance companies do every day to assign rates to people. It's called evaluating risks. Crime Statistics provide you everything you need to know. It's aversion to Risk and avoiding risk. I don't shop in Anacostia, in SE Washington, DC even though it is close to work at the Navy Yard. Why take the risk of an attack? That isn't racism at all. I bet you don't shop at dangerous places either and if you do to make a point, you're a fool.
