Jobs mostly come from small businesses. Even black business owners don't hire their own, they hire asians, hispanics and whites. They aren't stupid. They know the statistics and risks to their businesses. But putting that notion aside for a moment, I'd suggest we can and should blame black business owners for failing to lower their own massive unemployment.

I never owned any. None of my ancestors had any. I still have to pay.

So when is my bill paid? What yardstick is being used to determine that?

There is no yardstick. This bill is supposed to be forever.
