Greg:

Not ridiculous. Thought someone else might beat me to it. Anyway, for a freebie, try Internet Trader (there's a thread here on SI for IT also at Subject 11150 ). You can download the software from papyrus.com and install it on your hard drive. This is a 32 bit program and you need Win95 to run it; it doesn't use your browser.

As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and IT is no exception. Read the thread and you'll see many complaints about slow data, disconnects and freezes. But you can see most of the day's T & S (last 15 minutes is missing) for stocks.

Hope this helps.

Peace and Justice --- Patrick

I'm sure irby and others will answer your question. Remember, it is a holiday and there are other priorities.

From your question, it sounds like you are looking for tick volume. While available, I don't know of any free source. I believe this is available on a real time basis, by subscription, from various data feeds. I believe you would also need software. I don't know if it is available on an end of day basis.

I am as curious as you are, to know if this might be available for free, on a delayed or end of day basis. I'm sure there will be better answers after the holiday.
