Error: I intended to write the word 'overwhelmingly' below; not 'overwhelming'. --- It's already happened many times over. Voters and taxpayers overwhelming demand congressional term limits. Congress ignores them. Voters and taxpayers overwhelming demand a simplified tax code. Congress ignores them. Voters and taxpayers overwhelming demand the enforcement of immigration laws. Congress ignores them. Voters and taxpayers overwhelming demanded no TARP. Congress ignored them. Voters and taxpayers overwhelming demanded no Obamacare. Congress ignored them. The list goes on and on and on. In the face of the evidence, the obvious conclusion is that Congress works for someone else! How hard is that for voters and taxpayers to see and understand?
