You should search for the summary opinion of the attorney representing the lead plaintiffs on Countrywide's $8.5 billion settlement. She recognized that BofA could put Countrywide Financial into bankruptcy.... Considering the state liberal AG's are questioning the settlement, CFC could still end up in bankruptcy.
