I just don't want anyone to follow your bait trail, suggesting this company need not file. It simply isn't true. I feel badly that you longs have to continually make excuses for your fine company.

Larry, I think you may be making excuses for the company. It is totally unacceptable that they will not release this information. In this market the financials may not always be released on time but this company has been talking about a short for a long time and now they're not releasing PUBLIC INFORMATION. The information that would prove them correct or complete bs'ers. I know the numbers they first told me, now I want to see what they really are! I know they changed them three times to me, but I want them to report a number to the sec. BTW:I think it is absurd to think that their lawyers have advised them not to release the number of restricted shares, It's PUBLIC INFORMATION. Good Luck, PS.I think everybody should get on the company about releasing what should already be known.
