I would expect the SEC to violently contest the Trustee's suit. After all their cost repayment will come from these monies. What really bothers me is the inaction in the D.C. Federal Court to address Shannon Terry's counter motion to the SEC motion for summary judgement against him. I believe that his personal assets have been freed up. Strangwe that his boss,Melchor confesses and gets a year in jail and he still walks around free and I assume spending his money.
