This is not what NDB told me and others that have posted here over the phone. We need to confirm which is the case but they told me they do OTC:BB and the flat rate covers unlimited numbers of shares on OTC securities. They also told me, the account can be opened at no money down but requires $2000 in equitity to begin trading. I am not sure what type of account you were inquiring about nor am I sure if they are flexing their rules some as we are talking about bringing them several accounts. You may want to request to speak to John Cullen so that we will have a common point of contact, all get the same story, and know who to complain to/about if the information is not correct.

The ProCash Plus account is a $10,000 minimum.
We have been mostly discussing simple cash accounts here.

is the link to NDB's account types.

Is a link talking about account minimums. This states $2000 for all types of accounts (except for the ProCash Plus, I assume)
