I have to say I think Capitol One is a shady enterprise at best so I do agree with you on this one. HSBC is like a clone of Capitol One. I've seen numerous articles about both of them and know they are both frauds. HSBC stands for Honk Kong Shanghai Bank....and from what I've read they will Shanhai you, lol! Whenever I get propaganda in the mail from either one, immediately goes into the garbage.
