But, the Democrat's outsmarted the Republicans when the Senate Democrat's acceptance of the House version which had been passed by the Democrats in the House.

Was it so smart? It was rushed a la Xmas Eve, and Pelosi et al, thought they had all the bases covered, but they forgot one thing. They didn't provide a non reviewable certiori provision. They inadvertently left it out partially in their rush, but also because they thought they may not get the House vote with that provision. Of course, Roberts alleviated the 'crats with his lawlessness.

But, a lot of parliamentary moves, and Senate rules would come into play.

If the repubs control the Senate, 51 votes, it's all parliamentarian.

The only catch, the ACA Rules would have been written, many rules would have been written and implemented, plus all the ACA benefits which individuals are receiving would possibly be lost.

There's no "catch". Rules have been written and implemented by bureaucrats everywhere, no doubt, but they all can be reversed by a vote in a repub Congress and signed by a repub president. Only medicaid survives. That's another subject though that can be dealt with in the fullness of time. There's absolutely no reason the monstrosity can't be completely undone, at least in principle.

Talk about individuals being Pi--ed. Once individual have been given something, taking it away is almost impossible without extreme anger.

They will be assaulted in a far worse way if they get what they think they want. The ACA can't work via the laws of physics. Therefore, it can't be made to work anywhere under any degree of oppression. Trying to make it so will cause outright revolution. How do I know? I've read the bill.

Guess, we will just have to wait and see after the November elections - more negative campaigning for the next 4 months.

What do you expect? Haven't you studied American history? Please tell me which presidential election wasn't viciously contested. I"ve seen them all since Truman, and every one of them was knock down and drag out. Well, maybe not '56.
