Zeev,,,first of all..a great thanksgiving to all,,,
I was wondering what was going on in the heads of the participants on this thread on and around that first Gulf war thing,,where , IMO,,this huge leg of this bull started?....
In my blurry memory ,,there was this threat of war,,,huge , theoreticaly out of control deficits,,rememberances of an unfinished 87, the S&L thing,,,and thats where the memory fades, but there was probably more bones to chew on at the time....I personally stared in disbelief as the market rallied ever higher...In retrospect I think this thread, me included, would have had many more posts on the demise of the market,,and we would have been dead wrong...

Zeev, I hope you do realize that that is nothing more than wishfull thinking based, predominantly, on extrapolation of last several years' experience into the future, that may or may not be reasonable ...
