EKS, I have read your writeup and actually looked at the company because of it. I liked the folksy, straight-shooter 2011 Annual report, where they acknowledge issues and pay homage to one of the founders who died recently. However, I don't particularly like the rollup strategy that seems to be causing cash drain. Especially since they also pay out a lot of CF as divvie. Things may work out fine, but there is some risk if downturn hits and there is credit freeze. Good luck
