I would wave a wand and toss them all out. The only caveat would be the house GOP has shown leadership by sending 40 some pieces of legislation into the black hole aka the Reid Senate. The TP was voted into power in 2010 to stop the spending for which they have been demonized by the left. Why has the Reid Senate been given a pass ? Obama's job, IMO , is to lead by working with both houses for the betterment of our country. He has failed by every available measurement. O has done nothing but campaign, vacation, fund raise & play golf since he took the oath and we have the economic and FP results to prove that. Over 1200 American soldiers killed in Afghanistan since O decided to step it up in his "right" war and nothing to show for it. I'm all for tossing them all out of office .. starting with the CEO/CIC.
