From the article it seems like it or not, good earnings
or not, Cymer will be marking time until his highness,
Bret Hodess of Montgomery Securites decides to bestow
his blessing on the stock (or someone of equivalent
standing!) and says it's safe to go back into the water.
Of course they'll already have all their big hitter
clients positioned back in the stock by then!!!

I think the floating is 8 m instead of 6.6 m shares. The number is based on the IPO (6 m) and the secondary offer (2 m) on Dec 96.
