That just another way of saying what we did here yesterday... in terms of NOK burning cash to preserve position in the market by losing money faster while trying to stabilize that number... Seems in accord with what some analysts said about NOK "avoiding the worst case"... Addressed that yesterday, noting that, yes, they've made the right choice in using cash to prevent a more complete debacle in market presence... meaning they're dying less slowly than they would had they not made that choice... that still being a very long way from "a good thing"... to have the need to do that.
