You spend so much time yet you don't own the stock long, you don't own the stock short, and you don't own any options... at least make a bet one way or another so at least the bashing might mean something...

So, the shareholders meeting worked out to be a "non-event" on balance...

Still will be a net negative as the market works through the effort in "spin" and we see the prior trends resume... with a little more hope having left the room...

The bad news is what was expected... that what Elop had to present was a steaming pile... paired with some obvious efforts in "dressing it up". Those who loved the effort in costuming applied to the pile of crap that was presented... may have a future as fashion critics.

The good news for NOK holders is only that the meeting itself didn't appear to make anything significantly worse... Elop didn't do anything stupid to make things worse... so, while the dogs costuming didn't seem to thrill anyone, they do appear to have avoiding having the pony leave any NEW giant steaming piles on the stage...

Probably about as good as they have hoped for...
