No no no, Chaz, the "it doesn't matter what you think about the legal/ethical issues" part was in the context of the statement that Microsoft was hammering NSCP.

So I meant that you need to look at NSCP's numbers/fundamentals/outlook, and not say, "well, they'd be better if MSFT wasn't an evil monopoly."

Since you brought it up....Personally, I have no problem with investing in a company that sells tobacco, alcohol, or whatever.
