Had to buy an auto battery over the weekend. Went to Autozone and they had three different batteries all made by a division of Johnson Controls (JCI). Decided to look at JCI and noticed you had posted something in 2012.

Johnson Controls International plc provides building products and technology. It offers controls, fire, security, HVAC, power solutions and energy storage. The company serves institutions, commercial buildings, retail, industrial, small business and residential. Johnson Controls International plc, formerly known as Tyco International plc, is headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

JCI looks like a value candidate and pays a 3% dividend. Have it on my watch list and small order if it should sell off below $30/share. Looking at a reversion to the mean play. Will need to see if management has been doing some restructuring and/or plan to focus on earnings growth.

Selling 30% above BV; ROA 4.3% and ROE +8.8%
