Bill, you are making absolutely no sense. Why would I defend him if I have no intention at all of considering him? If I was as "emotionally tied" to Obama as Paul claims - wouldn't I be defending him instead? I'm truly an Independent and go either way - why is that such a foreign concept to you? Really!, does it make more sense to look honestly at the candidate to decide who might be best for America - or blindly go in and pull the republican lever no matter who the candidate?

But we all know you have no intention of voting for him, no matter how many years of tax returns he releases.> No offence to anyone, but this yes I might, no you won't seems kind of silly. I have this and Dale's thread bookmarked but only read them part of the time, so I am not as acquainted with Steve's posts as some here seem to be. I know some people who could vote for Paul but will never vote for a repub. Steve's posts seem a lot more rational than some on the left. I have been an occasional poster on Dale's thread for a long time and believe I have always respected the rules. Still I was recently baned for a post that I made on ANOTHER thread. That is out there.
