Here is the full text. Litttle Joe only quoted the last phrase which CANNOT be read correctly without the first part of the paragraph. Read the entire paragraph. When he said you didn't build that, he was referring to the "American system, roads and bridges", not the person's business! Good lord.

Obama: "If you were successful, somebody along the line gave you some help," he said. "There was a great teacher somewhere in your life. Somebody helped to create this unbelievable American system that we have that allowed you to thrive. Somebody invested in roads and bridges. If you've got a business -- you didn't build that; somebody else made that happen."

You guys do this all the time.
