Corporations are a product we made up to facilitate our economy. Nothing more. Nothing wrong with that.

And we, the people must always regulate and control them, as they have no conscience. They already are regulated and controlled.

So to the extent the right wing wants to say corporations are people, I must remind them, that then they are sociopathic people.

The 'corporations aren't people' line is all about shutting down freedom of speech and freedom of the press. Think about it .... the NYT is a corporation, the entire media are corporations. Brainless liberals like koan imagine a liberal dictatorship ..... they think they can take away Clear Channel Communications right to free speech, but the NYT and MSNBC, they'll leave them alone.

Personally I think people a better case could be made that people who want to kill the freedom of speech are sociopathic.

Corporations aren't people but they're owned by people and people have the right to contract and speak through them.
