I agree with you 100%. There can be many reasons for insider selling which have nothing to do with the company. But, there is only one reason for buying...

Just a point on the insider selling. Although I can't say that the selling is a positive sign, I would not regard it as a definate negative either. Insiders could have several reasons for selling. It could be options, tax or general market concern . Remember how far this stock has come this year. It has more then tripled. Locking in a nice profit is not a bad idea.

I agree, but that is when 1 person sells, not 4 at once.. and not 2 of them being the Pres and VP. Once again like I stated in my post, I think the prospects are still great, just they are locking in some profits on the possibility of stock weakness due to the "charge".
