The key is the private sector. Mitt did it through the private sector. One shouldn't expect the same through the public sector. That is the USA. That is the way it is and should be.

The private sector doesn't WANT to do those things, except for the people at the very top. It's all supposed to be about profit. The private sector WANTS to make money, which is antithetical to providing security for those at the bottom.
