Is this the same sample of data that includes suicides by guns as "Gun Death"? Remove those and criminals killing criminals and you'd have some pretty small numbers.

The greatest thing we could do for gun safety in America is not sell guns to Democrats. James Holmes was registered as a Democrat. He was unable to distinguish reality from fantasy. This is the same problem most of you have. It is NOT safe for Democrats to own guns. That is the bottom line.

Missing in this calculation is a comparison of population to the numbers cited. Also, missing are the people who survive car accidents but are permanently damaged for life and the same for being shot with a gun. We live in the age of terrorism, what were the figures like for being shot before 9/11/2001.
