I did find where Obama has ordered the flag flown half staff until sunset July 25, in honor of the victims of the Colorado tragedy ... at all public and governmental buildings, military facilities, embassies, and other official buildings and grounds. Says nothing about the flags being flown in public places of business such as Disney, et al. Maybe the Disney Co can order it to half staff on their properties, which seems to be what they were doing, to comply with the proclamation issued by the President for all government/public buildings. Something just rubbed me the wrong way when I read about Disney ordering the flag to half staff. I guess at my age, I should be glad to get 'rubbed' at all, let alone the wrong way! :-)
