The fact is the Bush tax cuts are the single largest cause of the present debt.

Do you run your household finances using that kind of thinking? Could this explain why, at your age, you still aren't retired? You don't want to make the necessary cuts on a lower retirement income? If your government can't live within it's means, why should you?
