John: Thank you for the information about Agouron's compassion for those who are unfortunate victims of AIDS, the children.

Yesterday I received the yearly report from
the Growth Fund of America (GFA), a growth fund in the American Funds family. I noted that they have added Agouron to their portfolio.
My guess is that they likely have taken $ 150 million worth of stock, purchased sometime after February, 1997. As one of the biggest mutual funds in the country, it is becoming clear that the managers at GFA like the Agouron story. It seems that some of the best portfolio managers are taking note of Agouron.

Best regards,

TJK.

John: The general thrust of your world AIDS day message (i.e. independent of Agouron) has surfaced on other threads: exchange2000.com

Best wishes,
Peter
