Hi Brian - I think I like CMI better than Ford. I own Ford and have wanted to buy CMI but have been waiting for it to come down in price. I have also been eyeing Deere & Company (NYSE: DE) and Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT).

I think of the three CMI would be my pick for their NG truck potential. One can argue that all three (CAT, DE or CMI) are value candidates but I will vote with your CMI pick.

CMI gets my vote based on its conference call. Revenues dropped last q as it has for most companies, but margins improved. Chart looks great. I love bottom with strong volume increase and the gap looks like an island reversal.
