That's a silly study. If you want a precise correlation of GDP with the size of sex organ do it for the size of the top quartile of male brains in a country. The sex organ that matters is the brain. The reason there is a precise correlation is because GDP is a function of brain output and there is a close correlation of brain size with mental horsepower though even that is not accurate.
