That means that murders dropped 42% under Dinkins and 54% under Giuliani. No.......sorry......In 30+ years at IBM, Shepard never learned how to read a graph. .....one of many reasons Gerstner shit canned him the first chance he got to clear out the dead wood. .........ave murder rate in the 4 years prior to Dinkins was about 1780, The average under 4 years of Dinkins was about 2080 (+ 17% from previous 4 years) The ave murder rate in Rudy's first four years was about 1125 (-46% from Dinkins 4 years)
