James,

I just fail to see how additional gift or option shares to insiders will benefit us stockholders. If management wanted to increase liquidity by increasing the number of outstanding shares then a split of some sort would be the proper course of action. This would reward all shareholders. The current plan only benefits those at the top. IMHO management is not concerned with shareholder value or they would announce the progress of the share and warrant buyback programs. This looks like true greed on management's part.

Any decrease in warrants will be offset by these new shares therefore eps will not improve as dramatically as predicted and we could be left holding the bag. An additional million shares will have significant impact on the share price while increasing management's net worth at our expense.

If this is old news then why was it not mentioned in any of the previous posts? Do I smell a rat?

Regards,

Tom
